April 5 - Pelosi Frustrated

It seems that Nancy Pelosi is a frustrated president wanna-be. First she leads the house to try to take back executive powers and act as Commander in Chief in determining how the war on terror should proceed and now she is grabbing the executive responsibility of setting foreign policy. It's a good thing she is completely incompetent in this respect. On her first trip outside of the country she managed to lie to a foreign dignitary on the unrequested behalf of another foreign dignitary. Fortunately, the worst that will come of this is she will be treated like the king's in-bred, idiot offspring, indulged and ignored.

Republicans would do well to remember that this is what you get when you don't go to the polls.

Hillary must be snickering.

I feel Nacy Pelosi is doing more then can be seen on CNN or the internet. Just having her in the Middle east and being treated as an equal as never been done before. This is step in the right direction, as woman in American are able to reach any level they wish, woman in the Middle East now will raise questions and slowly the idea will grow to have more of the rights (to the point as some woman will not leave their roots) while others may be able to bring much needed points of view or suggestions.

I agree that women should be able to reach any level they wish. I also agree that Nancy could be an example to follow. That is not at issue, here. It just seems that Nancy does not understand the level she has reached. The speaker of the house has many responsibilities, but Commander in Chief and Secretary of State are not two of them. By not honoring her office, aside from doing a bad job, she is setting a poor example.
